Pass Guarantee Terms and Conditions
If you fail the Bar Exam, we’ll provide you with A ONE-TIME FREE RETAKE *
Guarantee may be used one time only, and applies solely for the next exam date after your original Enrollment Form Exam Date. Note: Guarantee only applies to students choosing "Premium Mentoring," "Full-course Mentoring" or "Email Mentoring" services and does not apply to students choosing the "Materials-Only" option. Guarantee does not apply to Multistate-only or State-only course options or to California First Year Exam courses (other than Premium Mentored Students for those courses). Please note: All required retake materials will be provided in ONLINE format only.
Guarantee will provide telephone mentoring for students in the Premium Mentoring and Full Mentoring courses and written mentoring for Email Mentored Students. Premium Mentoring Students must pay the Premium Mentoring fee to continue that service level for their retake course.
This Guarantee applies when you meet all of the following terms and conditions:1) You must complete all assignments in the Celebration Bar Exam Review Personal Study Guide™ and as directed by your Bar Review Mentor. This includes submission of the specified essay question in each subject, at least one Performance Test (in those jurisdictions requiring the PT) and at least one full length MBE (for those taking the Multistate part of the course). Proof of completion (e.g., copies of essays, PTs, and MBE score sheets) may be required at the discretion of Celebration Bar Exam Review to activate the Guarantee.
2) You must provide written notification (email or fax) to Celebration Bar Exam Review within 14 days of posting of bar exam results by the Bar Examiners. A copy of the official failure notice from the Bar Examiners must be included with your written request for a retake.
3) You must return all audio and/or video devices (iPod, iTouch, etc.) prior to bar results being announced. Any student who retains the audio or video device more than 30 days after the bar exam automatically forfeits this Guarantee.
4) You must sign and return a copy of this form to Celebration Bar Exam Review within 10 days of receipt of materials or the Guarantee Offer will be withdrawn.
5) Compliance with the foregoing shall be solely determined by Celebration Bar Exam Review. Any updated course materials that your Mentor deems necessary will be provided to you online within 48 hours of receipt of all required items under this Guarantee.
