the Feb. 2005 bar exam. I was very skeptical that after two tries, that I
would ever be successful. I had passed NY the first time and sort of gave up

I took the July 2004 bar and passed with a scaled score of 148. I had
not taken a bar in ten years and was concerned about a return to the exam
room. However, Jackson's program worked. If you are a working
professional, this is the program to take. I am an Army Reservist and
have been on active duty since January 2003. I could only study at night
and on weekends and holidays. I took no "time off" to study. In
fact, when I wanted to, I could not, because I was hip-deep in a courts
martial (the week before the exam, no less). Yet because I worked his
program, I was prepared and I passed. The bottom line is I did all the
assignments and I passed. I did not take any other prep course (despite
the urgings of my friends and colleagues.) I did not need them. I
firmly believe if you commit to the program, you will pass. I am living
proof of it. "
