100% of our Feb and July 2011 Students* would recommend Celebration Bar Review to their friends...

"Your course is awesome!"
"It's a perfect course :-) "
"I think the iPad was great as a resource tool!"
"I was more than satisfied with the course. The interaction was outstanding. When you do commercial courses, it's like you are just a number. With Celebration, you felt attention being given to you. That's the kind of feedback you do not get from the other courses."
"The course is very well rounded, as-is!"
"All the written materials were well organized; the subject matter was thorough and extremely detail-oriented."
"The lectures, incidentally, flat-out rocked! It was great that you provided occasional levity to some very mundane, dry subject matter. Don't change your style!!"
"It feels like this course gives an unfair advantage over fellow big bar review bar takers."
"I really like the course. I feel it's multi-disciplinary (I used the STAR system) and covers the high points, while keeping it all in proper perspective."
"I like your system a lot. And I think everyone should purchase your course, just the advice that you give on essay writing alone is invaluable..."
"Yes, definitely recommend!! I've never had such a positive & uplifting experience studying for the bar exam. My only regret would be not taking this course sooner."
"I have a very good feeling for the quality of the course overall. I thought the materials were very good, I loved being able to access the lectures whenever I wanted, and I thought the MBE prep was particularly effective..."
"Thought the course was well done. Already have recommended you to friends..."
"Writing techniques and strategy are great."
"The Celebration Bar Review course is without peer. I would recommend it to everyone without hesitation."

California Post Exam Student Comments

Here's a sample of what our students had to say after their California Bar Examination:

"I really want to thank you for everything you did.  Your methodology was very helpful and while I was taking doing the essays, I heard the words "conflict pairs, conflict pairs" in my brain.  And while doing the PT -- which made me more nervous in some ways given how prepared I felt for the essay, I heard you whispering, "just distinguish the facts on the cases."

My gut feel is that I passed.  Or at least I have a reasonable chance of passing, but for the pass rate, increasing strictness in grading, and the other unpredictable things we can't control, but the bottom line is that with your guidance, and a great deal of work, I felt very prepared.  And all of your earlier comments about trusting the process turned out to be true."

"I felt good about the exam.  I was breezing through the essays and everything was familiar. The performance tests were a little tough, but I followed the instructions and focused on applying the law to my arguments.  60% of the MBE's were very familiar and have been on the MBE practice I did in the course. Overall, I thought my timing and organization were good."

"Although we have not met, I consider you my friend. During these months, you have done everything in your power to help me pass this tough exam. As I had once taken two other bar reviews, I found no such personal interest on whether I passed or not. Therefore, aside from the review, I think what got me through was your personal interest and the mentoring, including helping me get over the test anxiety.

"For the first time I felt 'ahead' of the essay questions and the PT problems.  I KNEW what they wanted to see, and nailed it. As this exam ended yesterday I felt far less anxious about the result than before. All thanks to 'The Wizard' for showing me what it takes to deal with an essay question."

"Thank you for all your help and support. All the subjects that were tested you covered very well in the outlines and supplemented in the lectures. For example, they tested Res Judicata and Collateral Estoppel; I danced all over it! I believe that I passed the exam..."

"Thanks for everything. I felt very prepared and confident during the Exam."

"Well I survived!  I wanted to let you know that a good 25% of the people and mostly panicky looking -- were sitting on the floor studying outlines while we were waiting to be admitted to the examination!!
Being basically nosy and old, I asked a lot of them which bar review they used and ALL said [the big one] though many were very dissatisfied with them for one reason or another.  Most stated that they had compared notes with friends in that course, and the teaching was left too much to the discretion of the instructors, and some of the instructors had told them not to worry about things which were on the essays yesterday!!
I am totally amazed that I had fun on this exam so far, and although I made some mistakes feel I did okay overall. Thanks for all of your help and encouragement.  It has meant so much to me!  I am SO glad I took your course."

"The test was hard....BUT .....fair.  I didn't find any surprises in the essays and wrote for the full hour on each with your words of wisdom pounding in my head!!  The MBE was tough however, I felt comfortable answering about 150 of the questions so I'm hoping that between the ones I was delusional about and the ones I may have been lucky enough to stumble across the right answer, I'll do OK here!!!"

"I was surprised at how much I learned from your course. It's one thing to memorize details, but it's another to feel that you are equipped with the skills necessary to execute the task. So imagine my surprise on the first day in the morning exam when finally everything came together when I started doing the outlines for each essay as you instructed us. The method of writing you taught allowed me to discuss the facts adequately and apply the law instead of writing a treatise on what the law is about (which one is really inclined to do because one wants the examiner to think that we know the law). But that really isn't what the bar exam is about in the US, and I appreciate the clear instructions from you to this effect. It also reduced the sense of panic and fear one has from anticipating the difficulty of performing well in any exam. I was on autopilot! While I have passed bar exams in foreign jurisdictions and taken bar review courses to prepare for the latter, I have yet to come across a bar review course that imparts the necessary knowledge and skills that I can carry into the real world of practice. It's never too late to learn, and one learns something new everyday. So thank you for providing value and adding value to my career."

And here's some of the feedback we received right after previous CA Exams from our  students...

"I want to thank you for all your help and support.  I am cautiously optimistic that I passed. I know that you spoke about an epileptic fit that occurred in the FL bar one year... you didn't mention to be prepared for an earthquake. It was my first, and it really frightened me, but I got back to it.
Anyway, once again, thanks. You do a great service for people."

"I feel good about the whole test and want to thank you for staying positive and helping me prepare."

"I feel very good about my performance. I left the exam with the feeling that I would be very surprised if I didn't pass."

"I just wanted to thank you for the preparation and the encouragement. On each of the three days (even with the earthquake on the first day), I left the test center confident that I will hear great news in November."

"Thank you for sending me into the test with a working outline implanted in my mind, enabling me to approach every essay and performance test with confidence and the ability to analyze..."

"I feel like I kicked butt...your thoughts and prayers are extremely appreciated!"

"Just wanted to let you know that I felt extremely well prepared for the exam.  It was easier than any of the practice tests you gave us..."

"Your lectures were very helpful for the attorneys exam because they provide a comprehensive and general discussions of all the laws you need to know for writing the essays, without overwhelming the students with unnecessary and unproductive details.  Interestingly, the personal study guide was fortuitously helpful because all of the topics tested in the essays... I know that you are not in the business of predicting which topics will appear on essays, but the structure of the study guide turned out to be very helpful.  In terms of the content of the essays, my impression is that your lectures and practice exams cover almost all of the points tested in the exam."

"I'm sure you already heard, but you DID nail the exam..."

"Your predictions were great!..."

"Good call on the questions..."  "Thanks for putting together such a helpful course..."  "Your program was excellent.  I walked into the exam feeling confident in my preparations, and I walked out today wondering not WHETHER I passed, but only by how much..."

"Jackson, The force is indeed with you...Your course paved the road!"

"Your predictions were RIGHT ON TARGET!"

"Jackson, your California predictions were uncanny. Any chance you can pass along some lotto numbers?"

"Your materials and lectures did a great job in preparing me for the California bar. I can't think of a single exam issue that wasn't covered in the materials."

"...you were right on target with the outlines...very thorough...I was prepared..."

"...Jackson, you are a genius..."

"
You were right on the mark! …"

"I have two words for this…No Sweat."

"
The test would have been extremely difficult without your program..."

"The Performance Tests were very similar to the ones we did in the course…"

"
I think you have a gift for teaching essay writing, and I think it helped me greatly."

Isn't that what you want from your bar review???
